Managers, redeemers, and roles

Two roles, three plans, and what each person can see.

Manager

Full access to /admin. Can configure the business, view payments, add staff, and redeem at the till. The first manager is created at onboarding.

Redeemer

Till-only access. Sees the /redeem/till PWA, can look up vouchers, apply them to bills, and view the day's redemptions. Cannot see /admin. Cannot view payments or other staff.

Plan limits

Starter — 1 user total (the first manager).
Growth — up to 5 users (mix of managers and redeemers).
Enterprise — unlimited.

Adding staff

From /admin → Staff, click "Add staff user" and choose their role and location access. They get a magic-link invite by email that sets their password on first login.
