SMS voucher delivery

What's included

1,000 SMS messages per month on Growth. Additional messages are billed at 2p each. UK and EU numbers supported out of the box; international numbers work but cost more per message.

How it works

At checkout, the customer picks email or SMS. If they pick SMS, we send the voucher link + code + a personalised message from the buyer. The voucher lives at a stable URL the recipient can show at the till or add to Apple Wallet / Google Wallet.

Carrier compatibility

All UK carriers (EE, O2, Vodafone, Three) supported. We use a dedicated SMS sender ID so the message looks like it's from your business, not a random number. We do not send marketing — only transactional messages triggered by a voucher purchase.

Compliance

All messages include opt-out instructions (STOP to unsubscribe). Customer phone numbers are stored in line with UK GDPR. We never share numbers with third parties.
