Billing, invoices, and VAT

What's charged

• Subscription — Starter £29/mo or £290/yr; Growth £59/mo or £590/yr. Enterprise is custom and invoiced manually.
• Add-ons — only the ones you pick. Billed the same way as the subscription.
• Setup fee — £149 one-off if you chose done-for-you. Routed through Stripe Checkout at the end of the wizard.
• SMS overage — 2p per SMS over 1,000/month. Billed on your monthly invoice.

How payments work

All payments go through Stripe. Redeemio uses Stripe Connect — the customer's card payment lands in YOUR Stripe account, and we invoice you for the subscription separately. This means you have full visibility of every voucher sale in your own Stripe dashboard.

VAT

Redeemio is not currently VAT-registered. Prices shown are exclusive of VAT. When we cross the VAT threshold, we will add VAT to all prices and issue VAT invoices.

Refunds and cancellations

Monthly subscriptions: cancel any time, no refund for the current month, access continues until the end of the period. Yearly subscriptions: cancel any time, no refund for the current year. Add-ons follow the same rule.

The £149 setup fee is non-refundable once we have started the work (typically within 24 hours of payment).

Viewing your invoices

/admin → Hosting → "Billing history" lists every invoice with a PDF download link (Stripe-generated).
