Locations and branches
Each location is a place where vouchers can be redeemed. Your plan determines how many you can have active.
What is a "location"?
A location is a single place where a customer can use a voucher. For a single-site restaurant, that's one location with the venue name. For a multi-site operator, each branch counts as a separate location.
How many can I have?
- Starter — 1 active location.
- Growth — up to 10 active locations.
- Enterprise — unlimited.
You can add more locations than your plan allows in the wizard, but only the allowed count will be active. The first N are activated in the order you list them.
How the till uses them
The till PWA shows only the locations the signed-in staff user has access to. A manager at the Solihull branch sees only Solihull; a regional manager sees all branches in their region. This is configurable in /admin → Staff.
