Multiple staff logins

Add managers and redeemers. Each with their own login, location access, and permissions.

Two roles

Manager — full /admin access. Can configure the business, add staff, view payments, redeem at the till.
Redeemer — till-only. Sees /redeem/till, can look up and apply vouchers, cannot see /admin.

Adding a staff user

From /admin → Staff, click "Add staff user". Pick the role, the email, and the location(s) they have access to. They receive a magic-link invite by email that sets their password on first login.

Plan limits

Starter — 1 user (the first manager).
Growth — up to 5 users (mix of managers and redeemers).
Enterprise — unlimited.

Removing a staff user

/admin → Staff → click the user → "Remove access". Their login stops working immediately. Audit history is retained (who redeemed what on which day).
