Self-serve (free)

You run /setup at your own pace. Most solo operators finish in 1–2 hours. We give you:

• Step-by-step setup guide inside /admin
• DNS walkthrough with copy-paste records for your registrar
• Stripe Connect onboarding flow (Stripe handles KYC for you)
• Brand customisation and voucher catalogue setup
• Live test bill with the till PWA
• 2 weeks of email support while you go live

Self-serve is included on every plan. No setup fee, no obligation.

Done-for-you (£149, one-off)

The Redeemio team does the whole thing end-to-end and tests it with a live bill. Most clients go live in 3–5 working days. We handle:

• Domain DNS configured and verified
• Stripe Connect set up, with your branding on the checkout
• Voucher catalogue seeded with your products and amounts
• Brand colours, fonts, and logo applied to the storefront
• Live test bill with the till PWA (or Epos Now if you have it)
• Email and SMS delivery tested end-to-end with a real recipient
• 4 weeks of priority email + chat support after launch

The £149 is a one-off charge, routed through Stripe. It's collected at the end of the onboarding wizard. You can also pick done-for-you later from /admin → Setup.

Which should I pick?

Pick self-serve if you have 1–2 hours, are comfortable with DNS records, and want to go live today.

Pick done-for-you if you'd rather focus on your business, you have multiple locations, or you've never set up DNS before.
